Butterflies

I've had an unbelievable three weeks so am running a day late with my card.

Items Used:

Sue Wilson Dies - Butterflies in flight

Frantic Stamper Dies - Scallop Borders (set of 3)

Dees' Distinctively Dies - With Love

Add pearls along the side.

Colour butterflies with inks and liquid pearls.

I added a butterfly on a V crease on the top of the insert.  

This makes the butterfly pop up when opened.

If I weren't so pressed for time I would have made a few versions.

Butterflies in Flight is a lovely die to use and you have extra types  butterflies for other projects.

June is almost over already.  

Make sure you get your card into the Challenge this month.

A Day at the Beach

Who doesn't love a picnic? I do love both of these stamps.  

The gingham is excellent for a background when you don't have 

something the colour you want.

I do suggest you have a misti or the equivalent though

Search the net and you will find many ways of making your own type of misti 

for a fraction of the price.  With a little practice you can also make the 

background bigger than the stamp.  There is a knack to lining it up.
